关于苹果审核4.3的过审记录

有一个游戏项目的经历是这样的：
提审了一个包过审之后，然后被运营同学误操作直接发布了，原本是要开预约的，发布之后就不能再开预约了，apple文档写的很清楚https://developer.apple.com/cn/app-store/pre-orders/

使用资格
从未在 App Store 上发布的新 app 可设置预订服务。无论您是准备将一款 app 发布至更多地区，或是为其设置通用购买 —— 比如，为现有的 iOS app 新增支持 Apple tvOS 平台 —— 只要该 app 现已在 App Store 上发布，即不符合设置预订的资格。

然后下架了该应用，在同一个账号下提了一个新的应用，名称做了修改，卖场图和描述还是之前的那一套，提交之后很快就过审了。。。。这就完了吗？显然没有，由于游戏用的cocos引擎导出的iOS包，在测试阶段性能优化做的不好，各种卡顿，掉线

经过项目组调研和讨论之后决定换个引擎（白鹭引擎），经过测试之后性能得到恨到的优化和改善，没有再出现卡顿，黑屏等情况。根据白鹭引擎的文档导出ipa包，由于之前没有用过这个引擎，过审有一定的风险，就有新建了一个应用，就这么又提审了，总觉得哪里不对，终于在第二天收到了苹果爸爸送来的4.3礼包。。。

Guideline 4.3 - Design

This app duplicates the content and functionality of other apps submitted by you or another developer to the App Store, which is considered a form of spam.

Specifically, this app appears to be available in the same territories as another identical app submitted to the App Store. It would be appropriate to restrict the available territories for individual apps to those areas in which you intend to market and sell it and ensure none of the selected territories overlap.

Apps that simply duplicate content or functionality create clutter, diminish the overall experience for the end user, and reduce the ability of developers to market their apps.

The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

4.3一般都是重复应用，或者被认为是马甲包。我们这个情况很特殊，因为是地区重叠问题。Specifically, this app appears to be available in the same territories as another identical app submitted to the App Store.邮件这里说的很清楚了

于是我们的做法就是先把之前过审的待开发者发布的应用取消发布，并做了下架处理，并且申诉提交了我们的版权文件，解释了一下我们的骚操作（为什么又提交了一个相同的应用，但是地区和之前是不同的）

第二天收到了苹果的回复

Regarding Guideline 4.3 - Design, we noticed that your app's current salable are Hong Kong and World since your app appears to be available in the same territories as another identical app submitted to the App Store.

To resolve this issue, it would be appropriate to restrict the available territories for individual apps to those areas in which you intend to market and sell it and ensure none of the selected territories overlap.

说4.3依然存在，并说明我们发布的地区是香港和世界。（之前过审包勾选的地区是台湾）这就很明显了，就是地区重叠了，明明记得只勾选了香港，然后看下了后台，有个新国家或地区默认勾选了
